Returns & Policies

Warranty Policy:

Die Free Co, LLC (DFCO) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for (1) year from the date of purchase. If you believe this product has any defects in materials or workmanship, contact us here to initiate an RMA. All returns must include the proof of purchase and documentation specifying the claimed defect.

DFCO makes no other warranties, express or implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

 

Return Policy:

This policy applies to products purchased directly from DFCO. If you purchased from a third party, please contact that merchant directly.

All warranty returns require an RMA number.  Return instructions will be provided to you by contacting us here.

Buyer's remorse returns will be shipped back at the buyer's expense and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original DFCO shipping date and must be returned in "like new" condition.

Apparel and swag sales final.  No returns or exchanges.

 

Shipping Policy:

Shipping, handling, and tax may be additional and are the Buyer's responsibility unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. 

Title to products passes from Seller to Buyer upon shipment to Buyer. Loss or damage during shipping by a carrier selected by Seller is Seller’s responsibility. Loss or damage during shipping by a carrier selected by the Buyer is the Buyer’s responsibility.

You must notify the Seller within 30 days of shipment of the product if you believe any part of your purchase is missing.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Prior to shipment, orders placed through diefree.com may only be modified if the change results in the same order value as the original order, i.e., a color swap.  DFCO does not store credit card information; therefore, changes that manipulate the original order value are not allowed. 

Orders cannot be changed after fulfillment, and order cancellations before shipment will incur a 5% processing fee.
