Contrary to popular belief, not everybody was Kung Fu fighting. But you're with DFCO, so we know you get down.
Designed for AR15/M4 and AR10/SR25 platforms, the Kung Fu Grip has a reduced angle providing a natural fighting posture when firing from modern standing and prone positions. It improves comfort when installed on firearms with a shorter length of pull, but feels right at home on standard LOP platforms as well.
The 12º angle brings the average person's hand, wrist, and forearm in line with one another, alleviating tension on the ulnar nerve and increasing freedom of movement of the hand and fingers compared to other grips. The enhanced finger groove allows for a repeatable purchase on the grip and further reduces hand fatigue by discouraging the shooter from white knuckle gripping.

Fan Boy Rant Below ?
What sets the Kung Fu grip on a pedestal for me is two fold. It’s the vertical stepping on the palm and the bevel cut at the at the bottom of the grip The stepping just locks my hand in more effective than a stipple because it’s reliant on pressure. More grip = more lock. Super simple. So if I need to break grip and reposition it’s not like scraping over sandpaper it’s just… a smooth transition. The other simple addition (or removal in this case) is that ~45° bevel. This simple use of negative space eliminates all hot spots for my THICCC ol man hands. If that corner wasn’t omitted I would have a bruise at the base of my palm like other grips I’ve used in the past. The grip itself is stubbier than others on the market, at a very familiar 4.6 inches, but it just sits in the crease of my palm just right. Couple that with the chamfering around the opening and the natural grip angle and it just makes my 16” rifle feel like an extension of my arm. Lemme stroke some egos at the DFCO office for a sec. The vertical cuts were brilliant. “How I do limit left to right?” Put speed bumps/cuts to increase rotational friction. “With the cuts there’s now a chance for the palm to slide down in tandem with the cuts” Add finger choil to lock down vertical play ???

Great Grip
Really comfortable in all positions from standing to prone, feels natural and not as if I’m straining my wrist.

Awesome Grip Angle, A Little Short for Giant Hands
Prior to my discovery of the Kung Fu Grip, my favorite grips were B5 Type 23s -- the right height and the right thickness (and the right price), but the grip angle was still a bit uncomfortable for me. Having received my new Kung Fu Grips, I'm very pleased overall. The Kung Fu Grips are the right thickness and the grip angle is far superior to any other grip I've tried (including the user-adjustable offering from Strike Industries). My ONLY complaint about the Kung Fu Grip is the height (you could probably call it length) of the grip. This will not be an issue for the majority of users, but if you're built like me, you may find the grips feel just a hair short. For reference, I'm 6'6 with wide/thick/meaty XL-XXL hands. While I can fit all fingers on the grip, my palm hangs off quite a bit past that; it's not a deal breaker, but if my hands were any wider, I'd probably be (close to) hanging the pinky. Practically speaking, does this really matter? No, and it isn't enough of an issue to keep me from using the grips (I ordered 3 so far); the benefits outweigh the minor annoyance, which is really what it is -- just something that minorly bugs me. Most notably, I have a 6'10 wingspan, and this is the first grip I've used that doesn't cause some degree of wrist discomfort when running an AR. If there was a longer/taller variant (if only 1/4 or 1/2" taller), this would be a perfect product.

If You Don’t Know, Now You Know!
These are going on all my rifles. I’m a Glock/Milwaukee grip angle guy for pistol and tools, but DFCO nailed it for short LOP rifles and long guns. The Kung Fu grip is ready for action. Can’t wait to see what you guys cook up next!

King Fu Grip for AR Platform
I have been a die hard Magpul Fan since I really got into AR Style Firearms. So everything on my AR’s has been Magpul and I am not sure why I decided to try out the Kung Fu Grip, but I did and all I can say is that I am impressed with the grip since I opened the package. I pulled off my Magpul K+ Grip off of my #1 AR and put the Kung Fu Grip on and threw it up to my shoulder and instantly I now know why I took the chance at something besides Magpul. The grip angle and the finger notch made my wrist and hand in perfect alignment with my AR and I had better access to my safety and trigger. I was able to grip the entire grip and not just the top of the grip as I did with the K+ Grip. Crappy part now is that I have to invest a small fortune to change out my AR Collections grips to the Kung Fu Grip. Best feeling grip I have ever felt on an AR.
